About Me
I’m a clinical psychologist working in both public and private settings. I provide individual and group psychotherapy to individuals presenting with a range of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, personality difficulties, addictions, post-traumatic stress responses, and a history of psychosis.
I am also involved in teaching, including training doctoral-level psychology trainees and psychiatry residents through McGill University.
I approach clients as individuals rather than diagnoses, and aim to help clinicians move beyond labels to understand what is actually driving the client’s experience in the room, both within and outside the therapy office. This often opens up new ways of working and can facilitate meaningful and sustainable change in therapy.
